Meghan Orlando of Holy Trinity High School recently accepted an athletic scholarship to Molloy College to continue her basketball career. Meghan is extremely excited to further her education and basketball career at Molloy. Meghan will compete in the competitive ECC Conference against the likes of C.W. Post, Dowling, NYIT, and St. Thomas Aquinas. After her visit she knew it was the right place to spend the next four years. Meghan stated, “After meeting the coaches and players I felt real comfortable. Molloy also provides me the opportunity to stay close to home which is also very important to me. It just felt right to me.”

Meghan is currently a key part of a Holy Trinity team that is ranked #2 on Long Island by Newsday. They are currently riding an 8 game winning streak. Meghan states, “We have come together as a team and want this year to be a special one.”
